One-Year Warranty

One-Year Warranty: We provide a one-year guarantee that all of our products will meet stated performance specifications under normal use and proper care.

WARRANTY SERVICE
If you find any defects in material or craftsmanship, please contact Artistic Pod directly at support@artisticpod.com. If your product qualifies for warranty service repair/replacement, Artistic Pod will cover shipping.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The above warranty does not apply to products which are (i) repaired, modified or altered by any party other than Artistic Pod; (ii) used in conjunction with equipment not provided or authorized by Artistic Pod; or (iii) subjected to unusual physical conditions, thermal conditions, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or negligence in the use, storage, transportation or handling. If you would like to use accessories with Artistic Pod, please contact us directly at support@artisticpod.com for us to determine if your warranty will be void. On-site warranty repair is not covered under this warranty. ARTISTIC POD LIABILITY, AND YOUR SOLE REMEDY, FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO ARTISTIC POD'S REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, ARTISTIC POD MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. ARTISTIC POD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
If a product that is not covered by the above warranty needs repairing, please contact Artistic Pod directly via email at support@artisticpod.com. We will decide whether a repair or replacement is the best option and will advise you of the cost of such repair or replacement. Repairs and/or replacements are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment.
